This scene makes me wonder if Anna has always known that Chuck has the Intersect in his brain. Look carefully at her face in the background when Chuck flashes!
If you listen Anna is the only one Chuck names and talks directly to. She sits near Chuck on top ot the counter while others are at a greater distance. Then Anna looks at Morgan first before Chuck which would indicate she knows Morgan. Lastly, she gives that curious look with the nickname when Chuck flashes. All these things could have been used to help build a back story of an older friendship. There hasn't been any story as to how Chuck, Morgan or Anna entered the Buy More just that Chuck entered after droping out of college hinting Morgan and his friends we're all there. Wouldn't it be interesting if Anna, Chuck and Morgan were friends or knew eachother in High School? Given the number of parachute kids from Asia n the US, Anna could have been the ubber geek Asian girl living alone that only equally geeky Chuck and Morgan befriended. I could see Anna getting the Buy More job to steer the non-Chuck guided Morgan to employment, later her and Morgan getting the fragged and dumped Chuck a job. It would also give more of an idea why Anna would like Morgan as most statements where to understand and love Morgan takes time.
I think we need some fanfics about Anna, Chuck and Morgan's high school days. What do you think?
